Whilst comparing insurance premiums I noticed that there was a link that would provide me with information regarding finance. Shortly after submitting this form I was contacted by a gentleman from 8888, who gathered further information about the vehicle I was looking to purchase. The gentleman advised me that someone would contact me within 24 hours. The following morning I received a call from Mr Patterson from the Loans department, Stewart was extremely helpful and went above and beyond with the level of professionalism and customer service he provided me with. Stewart advised me that I had pre-approval and once I had made a decision on the car to contact him with the finer details.
Upon choosing the vehicle, I contacted Stewart and provided her with all of the necessary information, at this stage it was approximately 4pm. I advised Stewart that I wished to pick up my car at 2pm the following afternoon, Stewart advised me that this would not be a problem.
Upon collecting my vehicle the salesman also commented to me regarding how “on the ball” STEWART was and even phoned to ensure he got the email containing the payment details.
I felt it important to pass on my feedback as complaints are generally more common than emails complimenting a service.
